🔹 1. Simple Sentence

A simple sentence has one subject and one verb. It expresses a complete idea.

👉 Example: I like tea.

✔ Easy to understand

✔ Short and clear

🔹 2. Compound Sentence

A compound sentence joins two simple sentences using words like and, but, or, so.

👉 Example: I wanted to go out, but it was raining.

👉 Example: She cooked food and he washed the dishes.

✔ Shows equal importance of ideas

✔ Uses joining words (conjunctions)

🔹 3. SentenceComplex

A complex sentence has one main part and one extra part (dependent clause).

👉 Example: I will come if you call me.

👉 Example: She was happy because she passed the exam.
