There are 8 main parts of speech in English. Let’s understand them one by one in very simple language.

6️⃣ Preposition (Shows relation)

A preposition shows the relationship between a noun/pronoun and another word.

Examples: in, on, at, under, between

Sentence: The book is on the table.

7️⃣ Conjunction (Joins words or sentences)

A conjunction connects words, phrases, or sentences.

Examples: and, but, because, or

8️⃣ Interjection (Shows emotion)

An interjection expresses strong feelings or emotions.

Examples: wow, oh, hey, ouch
