The Present Perfect Tense is used to talk about actions that happened at an unknown time in the past or actions that started in the past and still have an effect now.
Formula
Subject + has/have + Past Participle (V3) + Object
Examples

When Do We Use Present Perfect Tense?
1. For Actions Completed Recently
When something has just happened.
Examples:
I have just eaten lunch.
She has just arrived.
2. For Life Experiences
To talk about experiences without mentioning the exact time.
Examples:
I have seen the Taj Mahal.
He has travelled to many countries.
3. For Actions Affecting the Present
The action happened in the past, but its result is important now.
Examples:
I have lost my keys. (I cannot find them now.)

4. For Actions That Started in the Past and Continue Now
